Site work for a water / sewer project in Sharon, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work includes, but is not limited to, the Work required and specified by the Contract Documents for Contract No. T-25-28, including without limiting the item(s) set out in the price schedule, for the 2025 Bank St Private Property Hydro Service Conversion; do and fulfill everything indicated by the Contract Documents; and complete the Work on or before May 16, 2025, subject to potential adjustment pursuant to GENERAL CONDITION - EXTENSION OF CONTRACT TIME. Hydro One will be converting the existing overhead (aerial) hydro along Bank Street to buried (underground) hydro. Hydro One will be responsible for all work within the right of way, and the successful Contractor shall be responsible for installing buried duct from the metre base to the property line where Hydro One will connect and energize. The scope of work includes converting the existing overhead hydro service to buried underground type for five (5) properties with hydro services originating from Bank St. The properties are as listed below: - 10 Bank St. - 14 Bank St. - 50 Alice Street - 19139 Centre St. - 19153 Centre St. Documents are available at https://eastgwillimbury.bidsandtenders.ca/ Question Deadline: Fri Apr 18, 2025 12:00:00 PM (EDT)
