Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Albany, Georgia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of June 25, 2025 This project has been awarded to HTS Construction, Inc., with the awarded amount of $155,243.84.** This project will be bid on a unit price basis for all specified work and will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder submitting the lowest total base bid. A 5% Bid Bond is required of all bidders. Bid bond must be present for bid to be read or considered. 100% Performance and Payment bonds will be required of the successful bidder. all work required to reconstruct approximately 670 feet of alley pavement. Work includes demolition and removal of existing asphalt and concrete pavement, driveway aprons and curb, adjustment of existing manholes and valves/valve boxes to the new finished pavement grade, installing asphalt paving and curb & gutter, thermoplastic striping and all associated work as required in accordance with bid documents, specifications, and all other contract documents. The City of Albany strongly encourages Small Business firms to participate in this bid. The City of Albany reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process. Question Deadline 04/28/2025 at 2:30 PM ET
