Reference number: 20061521 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-04-25 Electronic tender submission accepted: Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected contract duration without options (in months): 13 Description 1.1 OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for the refurbishment of a residential building at Barclay Homes, 4080-4100 Barclay Avenue, Montreal, H3S 1K8, in the Côte-des-Neiges-Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough. 1.2 The project consists of performing all work in accordance with the contract documents. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, decontamination of the units and common areas, interior stripping of the entire building, replacement of all electromechanical and fire alarm components, replacement of the roof, balconies, insulation, masonry, doors and windows, complete refurbishment of the units and common areas, and restoration of the grounds and exterior landscaping. 1.3 The work will be carried out in a three (3)-story wood-frame building built in the early 1950s. It houses fourteen (14) family housing units, as well as a laundry room, technical and janitorial rooms, and storage space for tenants. 1.4 During construction, the units will be vacant.
