Canyon Elementary School Window Replacement Canyon Elementary School Window Replacement Lincoln County School District No. 1 (the Owner) is receiving lump sum sealed proposals for the Canyon Elementary School Window Replacement. The project scope includes but is not limited to all work necessary to complete the removal and replacement of exterior windows. Including but not limited to adjacent trims, flashings ,finishes and other miscellaneous items required to complete work in full. This project is to be awarded under a single Contract. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Cashier's Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the proposal. The successful bidder shall provide a one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond. The bidder is required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. .The Owner reserves the privilege of rejecting any or all proposals, or waiving any irregularities or formalities in any proposal in the bidding. Interpretations, corrections, and changes of the contract documents made in any other manner will not be binding, and bidders and sub-bidders shall not rely upon them. Requests to use "Alternate, or Equal Products" other than those specified in the contract documents are due no later than 5:00 p.m., May 2 nd , 2025. Bidders and sub-bidders must submit via email directly to William Wheatley at Plan One/Architects at wwheatley@planone.com, with a copy to Kim Zuniga at KZuniga@rangers1.net, all manufacturer's specifications, descriptive literature, finishes and fabrics available, and any other pertinent information requested, for product approval will not be accepted.
