As of June 6, 2025, the project was awarded to4 Clean Up Inc., with an awarded amount of $403,060.56. The Project consists of one (1) Base Bid and one (1) Alternate Bid. The Base Bid consists of roadway improvements along Woodland Road from W. Grand Avenue to Magnolia Avenue. The work includes milling and paving, full depth pavement repair, accessible curb ramps, repair of interior drainage structures, upgrading inlets with bicycle safe grate/eco curb pieces, asphalt curb repair and striping. Alternate Bid ‘A' consists of roadway improvements along Woodland Road from Magnolia Avenue to the municipal border, with similar scope as the Base Bid. All work on this contract must be completed within sixty (60) calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Proposals must be made on the standard proposal forms included with the Contract Documents in the manner designated in the Contract Documents, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside and be addressed to the Borough of Montvale, and must be accompanied by a statement of consent of surety from a surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and acceptable to the Owner and either a bid bond or a certified check drawn to the order of Borough of Montvale for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00.
