Description

Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

The general components of the Work include the removal and disposal of the existing roof membrane system in one area, and the subsequent installation of a new 2-ply SBS roofing membrane system. This is including but not limited to installation of new drains, flashings, access ladders, interior protection, and any other items as necessary to complete the scope of work as identified in the attached specifications.
