The proposed work includes: removal/demo of the existing residential structure, removal/caping of any buried or aerial utilities, regrading flat the existing site, and seed/sodding of regraded areas. a. Demolish and remove the residential homes. b. Demolish and remove the residential foundations. c. Fill and level (to surrounding site elevation) any remaining depression left by demo activities. i. Any fill used will be clean dirt free of construction debris. d. Coordinate with local utilities to remove services: i. Storm Sewer ii. Sanitary Sewer iii. Electrical iv. Cable v. Domestic Water vi. Natural Gas e. Cut, remove, and cap all utilities. i. If necessary, coordinate with electrical provider and cable to have aerial feeds removed. f. Seed and straw the site. g. See owners' alternates for possible site restoration alternatives. h. Assume the local site domestic water can be used for irrigation. The water will be paid for by the city but installed by the contractor.
