Demolition and site work for a residential development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

If any questions arise concerning regarding the front end specifications, Bidder shall request interpretation in writing to James Swingle at jswingle@cityofcrestwood.org,City of Crestwood is seeking a demolition and site restoration contractor for three recently purchased residential properties at 971 Sanders Drive, 1001 Sanders Drive, and 1005 Sanders Drive, Crestwood, MO 63126. The proposed work includes: removal/demo of the existing residential structure, removal/caping of any buried or aerial utilities, regrading flat the existing site, and seed/sodding of regraded areas. a. Demolish and remove the residential homes. b. Demolish and remove the residential foundations. c. Fill and level (to surrounding site elevation) any remaining depression left by demo activities. i. Any fill used will be clean dirt free of construction debris. d. Coordinate with local utilities to remove services: i. Storm Sewer ii. Sanitary Sewer iii. Electrical iv. Cable v. Domestic Water vi. Natural Gas e. Cut, remove, and cap all utilities. i. If necessary, coordinate with electrical provider and cable to have aerial feeds removed. f. Seed and straw the site. g. See owners' alternates for possible site restoration alternatives. h. Assume the local site domestic water can be used for irrigation. The water will be paid for by the city but installed by the contractor. In compliance with city purchasing policy, the Board of Aldermen will consider the contract for approval should bids be in excess of $20,000.
