Renovation of a residential development in Mattapoisett, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Sliding Glass Door Replacement at State Aided Development: Village Court (667-1) in Mattapoisett, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared. The Project consists of but not limited to: Install fixed storefront system across southern facade of building in place of current sliding doors, provide minor ADA upgrades to communal baths & install ERVs. Coordinate project around concurrent landscape and hardscape construction projects EOHLC # 173089 (667-01) The work is estimated to cost $974,096.00. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 _44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 __26 to 27H inclusive. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, General Building Construction, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000. The combined participation benchmark reserved for such enterprises shall not be less than 13% of the final contract price including accepted alternates.
