Renovation of an educational facility in Spencerport, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Renovations to various vocational classroom lab spaces, dust collection replacements, various office and miscellaneous renovations. Check shall be payable to Monroe 2- Orleans BOCES. Bid documents may also be examined. All Bidders are urged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting and Walkthrough. In case the Bidder is unable to attend the on-site Pre-bid walk through, a separately scheduled walk through can be arranged with the School District's Facilities Department. Bidders are warned that if they arrive onsite without a prescheduled appointment on any day other than the Pre-bid Meeting and Walkthrough date and time, they will not be admitted to any of the District buildings and will be asked to leave the District property until such time that an appointment has been made. The owner hereby reserves the right to waive any informality and reject any or all bids or to accept the one that, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the owner. Project No - 2233846
