The intended purpose for this IFB is to provide the specifications for steel culverts/bands and drop structures, as required by Collin County. A bid bond is not required. This bid is not for a specific project but to obtain pricing for materials that will be ordered on an as-needed basis only. Question Deadline 04/22/2025 at 12:00 PM CT Response Submission Deadline: May 1, 2025, 2:00pm Provide for a one (1) year term contract commencing on August 23, 2025 with the option to renew for an additional three (3) one (1) year terms upon the approval of both parties. Award of this contract shall be made to the responsive bidder(s) who submits the lowest and best bid meeting specifications. Collin County reserves the right to award the bid, or reject, by line item, category, or as a whole as the County deems in its best interest. Collin County further reserves the right to make a primary, secondary and tertiary award on this contract. Collin County reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all of the substitution(s) deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
