Each unit will undergo a complete renovation, including installation of an individual air exchanger (with adjustment of old outlets, creation of new outlets and addition of outside air intakes), plumbing and electrical work, replacement of doors, frames and hardware, as well as patching, plastering and painting. The bathrooms and kitchen furniture will be completely redone, as will the floor finishes. Common interior areas include corridors, staircases, laundry room, janitorial room, storage room and electrical room. An air exchanger will be added to these spaces, along with the required adjustments to old and new outlets and outside air intakes.
