Contract title: Transport and restoration of a work of art Building address: 891, 3e Rue Ouest, Amos (Québec) J9T 2T4 Société québécoise des infrastructures (hereinafter the “Société”) is issuing a public call for tenders for technical services to transport and restore a work of art (Marcelle Ferron's glass roof). DURATION OF CONTRACT The contract commences upon signature and terminates when all of the Service Provider's contractual obligations have been met to the satisfaction of the Company and, more specifically, when the Centre de conservation du Québec has produced its report certifying that the work has been carried out to the satisfaction of the Company and the Service Provider has provided all of the documents required by the Restoration Specifications. The restoration work may begin as of May 2025 and must be completed no later than 31 October 2027. TENDER GUARANTEE The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 3% of the amount of the tender. When the tender is transmitted on paper, this tender guarantee must be presented in the form of a bond, an irrevocable letter of guarantee, a certified cheque, a money order or a draft and must comply with the conditions mentioned in the "Tender guarantee" article of the Instructions to Tenderers. When the tender is transmitted electronically, this tender guarantee must be presented in the form of a bond or an irrevocable letter of guarantee and comply with the conditions mentioned in the "Tender guarantee" section of the Instructions to Tenderers. No other form of guarantee is accepted with this method of transmission. All complaints made to the Company pursuant to section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (RLRQ, chapter C-65.1) must be received at plainte@sqi.gouv.qc.ca, no later than the deadline set for receipt of such complaints as indicated in the Additional Instructions. Tenderers who wish to receive a clarification concerning the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the e-mail address indicated below, taking care to mention the contract number. The Company reserves the right not to consider a bidder's request for clarification that does not entail a change to the tender documents if the request is received five working days or less before the deadline for receipt of bids.
