Scafe Building 8500 Antioch Road Overland Park, KS 66212 Question Deadline 04/24/2025 at 2:00 PM CT For questions regarding the bid documents or for project information, please call Mike Joseph at (913) 895- 6201 The Contractor shall commence work upon the date stated in the Notice to Proceed, and will complete all work covered by this Contract as follows: A. The Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be no sooner than June 30, 2025. B. The contractor shall commence work upon the date stated in the Notice to Proceed, and will complete all Cell Tower work covered by this contract within 120 calendar days of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. C. The contractor shall commence work upon the date stated in the Notice to Proceed, and will complete all Generator work covered by this contract within 210 calendar days of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. D. The undersigned further agrees to complete the removal of the existing tower, foundation, brick enclosure, concrete pad, and punch list items within 45 days of the notification that tenants have relocated their equipment from the existing tower.
