Site work for a water / sewer project in Edina, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project will rehabilitate approximately 1,200 linear feet of watermain pipe along Chapel Drive between Chapel Lane and Antrim Road. The pipes are located under the streets. The pipes are breaking at high frequencies and need rehabilitation. It is anticipated that the project will use the cured-in-place pipe rehabilitation method. This project is included in the city's 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of September 25, 2025, per owner, project is under construction. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
