Renovation of a multi-residential development in Montreal, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the Notre-Dame municipal housing complex. The scope of work provides for the building envelope repairs and provides for the masonry replacement/repair, windows and doors upgrades, complete replacement of the building roofing, foundation reinforcement. TIMELINE: Project design is ongoing. Working drawings are expected to begin in fall 2026. According to the owner's scheduling a tender for the general contractor will be issued in spring 2027.
