Reference Number 0000382895 multiple locations in Jacksonville, NC Purchase Type Term: 07/01/2025 12:00 AM EDT - 06/30/2026 12:00 AM EDT The City of Jacksonville is seeking qualified vendors to provide a bid for grass cutting for Community Development (CD) properties, Eight (8) lots as listed herein, bi - monthly. The work shall include furnishing all safety equipment, materials, tools, labor, transportation, permits, and supervision necessary for the prosecution and completion of the work. The City reserves the right to remove or add a lot from the mowing list with an approved change order. Attached you will find a "Request for Proposals", which identifies the services that will be required for this program. The responsibility for getting the proposal to the City of Jacksonville on or before the specified time and date is solely and strictly the responsibility of the proposing vendor. The City will in no way be responsible for delays caused by any occurrence. The award of a contract under this solicitation will be paid with federal funding. Funding is contingent upon compliance with all terms and conditions of funding award. All prospective vendors shall comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, executive orders, Grant requirements and the terms and conditions of the funding award. In addition, vendors providing submittals shall be responsible for complying with state law and local ordinances. The City of Jacksonville reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any and all responses.
