The purpose of this project is to enhance security at school facilities through the installation of door access entry systems and security cameras. These systems will help control and monitor who enters the premises while providing additional surveillance to deter potential threats and improve overall safety. Scope of Work 3.1 Door Access Entry Systems The vendor shall provide and install: Full Entry Systems (4 total): Central Office: 1 Network Operations Center (NOC): 1 Bus Garage: 1 Maintenance Facility: 1 Alternative Entry Systems (59 total): Andrews Elementary: 8 Andrews Middle: 6 Andrews High: 7 Hiwassee Dam: 9 Martins Creek: 4 Murphy Elementary: 5 Murphy Middle: 5 Murphy High: 4 Peachtree: 4 Ranger: 5 Central Office: 1 NOC: 1 3.2 Security Cameras The vendor shall provide and install: Interior Cameras: 40 Exterior Cameras: 15 3.3 Additional Requirements Installation: Complete installation of all systems, including all necessary mounting hardware, wiring, and connectivity components. Integration: Full integration with existing security infrastructure where applicable. Configuration: Programming and configuration of all systems to meet District security protocols. Testing: Complete testing of all installed components to ensure proper functionality. Documentation: Provide detailed documentation for all installed systems, including user manuals, warranties, and as-built drawings. Training: Provide basic operational training for designated District staff. Warranty: Minimum 1-year warranty on all parts and labor.
