Completion Date: Aug. 29, 2025 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Forest City, Iowa will meet at City Hall, 305 N Clark Street, Forest City, Iowa 50436 on May 5, 2025 at 7:00 PM, at which time and place the City Council will consider the adoption of plans and specifications and proposed form of contract for the above referenced improvements, which are now on file in the City Offices. At said meeting, the City Council will conduct a public hearing, receive and consider any objections to said plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate made of cost made by any interested party, as well as take action on the received bids.
