** Project is being re-bid. Details to follow. The Wheeling Park Commission invites proposals to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, materials, equipment supplies and transportation for the select renovations within the Oglebay Resort Good Zoo Lion's Habitat, Holding Building & Viewing Pavilion and The Villas at Base Camp. The project includes a new Lion's Habitat, Holding Building & Viewing Pavilion and three new villas that will overlook the new lion's habitat. The written questions must be submitted via email to Julie Doerr at jdoerr@millsgrouponline.com Last questions are due to the Architect no later than 12:00pm on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 A Bid bond executed by a surety company acceptable to Wheeling Park Commission in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid, shall be submitted with each Bid, to guarantee the Bidder's entrance into a Contract, if given the award. The Wheeling Park Commission (OWNER) reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
