General Requirements: Contractor must provide full-time project management and supervision for this project. Project Description: This project involves the comprehensive management and execution of tasks required for the safe and compliant razing of the Sursum Corda Townhomes, located at 45 K ST NW and the Sibley Townhomes, located at 2 M ST NW, Washington DC. This includes obtaining the necessary signatures for Department of Building letters, performing utility disconnections, asbestos abatement, vector (rodent) control and the complete demolition of the structures. Contractor must secure construction areas. Security to include perimeter fencing and security camera system to control demolition and vandalism. The period of performance for the awarded contract is estimated at 20 months (608 calendar days) from the date of award NTP, as deemed appropriate in the representation of DCHA and subject to the availability of funds.
