Site work for a civil project in Barriere, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Owner is seeking to engage a general contractor to complete the Chinook Cove Water System Upgrades Phase 2 – Kenkeknem Reservoir project. All works will be done in accordance with the Drawings, MMCD specifications, and supplemental specifications in the enclosed sample agreement. The completion of the following work is expected (approximate quantities): 615m3 cast in place concrete reservoir c/w: 150m compact granular base Vents, hatches, fiberglass access ladder, safety railing 2 – PAX PWM100 Mixer (or approved equal) SCH40 304L stainless steel piping drain, overflow, inlet and outlet piping. Disinfection and testing External overflow, drain, inlet, distribution PVC piping, as per design drawings Clearing, grubbing and tree removal Electrical components and instrumentation as per electrical drawings 510m3 excavation to base level and compaction of subgrade. 35m rockfall catchment ditch and berm 34 m2 granular base gravel placed and compacted access road 74m chain link fencing 1.8m tall c/w access gate
