License Requirements A Liquidated Damages $1,500 per working day Project Duration 185 Working Days These Special Provisions cover in general: o Upsizing of nearly 3,980 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe located along Edgewater Road, Northbound (Traction Avenue to Santiago Avenue/Bay Drive Alley, also known as Sump 85 Alley) and Southbound (El Monte Avenue/Del Paso Boulevard Alley to Globe Ave.) Approximately 90 linear feet of this upsizing will be installed using bore and jack methods. o Construction of nearly 180 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe located along Arden Way/El Monte Avenue Alley (Acoma Street/Barstow Street Alley to Barstow Street). o Five (5) point repairs on the sanitary sewer pipe at the following locations along Del Paso Boulevard/El Monte Avenue Alley: o Acoma Street and Barstow Street o Barstow Street and Colfax Street o Grove Avenue and Hawthorne Street Additional work includes replacing and reconnecting sewer services, remove and replace manholes, and other associated work. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and shall perform all work necessary to complete the subject project in place and make all required connections to the existing sewer system as shown on the Plans and as specified herein.
