Site work for a road / highway in Cannington, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The scope of this contract is for the placement of white and yellow painted traffic control markings on various roads throughout the Township. The term of this contract is for one year 2025, with the option to renew for two more additional one-year terms (2026 and 2027) at the mutual agreement of both parties at a maximum of 1.5% per year. The scope is meant to include the supply of all materials, equipment, labour and safety devices as necessary. All work to be completed by August 1, 2025. Question Deadline: Wed Apr 16, 2025 2:00:00 PM (EDT) Documents can be obtained from https://townshipofbrock.bidsandtenders.ca/ Scope of Work This Contract is for the application of all roadway pavement markings as described in the “Declaration”. The Contractor shall apply water borne paint. All paint and beads supplied under this Contract shall be listed on the “designated sources material” list and comply to all OPSS Specifications and Special Contractor shall supply all labour, material and equipment required. The Contractor shall ensure only knowledgeable and properly trained staff performs the work. Provisions contained in this document. As required by the Township of Brock on New Road Painting projects, the Contractor will be required to layout by premarking the locations for centreline and running lanes. All items shall include Contractor traffic control conforming to the Ontario Traffic Manual Book 7. The Award is subject to final approval.
