Reference Number 0000383075 Centennial Airport (APA) is seeking professional services for special inspections and testing for their upcoming tower rehabilitation project. The anticipated schedule of work is attached (Rev. date: 3/28/2025). The following special inspection and testing requirements, noted as "Owner will engage" or similar, and as detailed on drawing S-002, Special Inspections, included in the 11/21/2024 Issued for Construction documents, shall be performed: 014000 - Quality Requirements 033000 - Cast in Place Concrete 051200 - Structural Steel Framing 054000 - Cold Formed Metal Framing 078413 - Penetration Firestopping 078443 - Joint Firestopping 220548 - Vibration and Seismic Controls for Plumbing Piping and Equipment Proposals shall include a 25% contingency to account for added work and/or unforeseen conditions. Proposals shall be time and materials, not to exceed, shall be valid for a minimum of 90 days, and shall include a current rate sheet. Estimates shall be based on the documents provided and experience with similarly sized projects. Answers to submitted questions will be posted publicly.
