Reference Number 0000383075 Centennial Airport (APA) is seeking professional services for special inspections and testing for their upcoming tower rehabilitation project. The anticipated schedule of work is attached (Rev. date: 3/28/2025). The following special inspection and testing requirements, noted as "Owner will engage" or similar, and as detailed on drawing S-002, Special Inspections, included in the 11/21/2024 Issued for Construction documents, shall be performed: 014000 - Quality Requirements 033000 - Cast in Place Concrete 051200 - Structural Steel Framing 054000 - Cold Formed Metal Framing 078413 - Penetration Firestopping 078443 - Joint Firestopping 220548 - Vibration and Seismic Controls for Plumbing Piping and Equipment Proposals shall include a 25% contingency to account for added work and/or unforeseen conditions. Proposals shall be time and materials, not to exceed, shall be valid for a minimum of 90 days, and shall include a current rate sheet. Estimates shall be based on the documents provided and experience with similarly sized projects. Answers to submitted questions will be posted publicly. Any oral communication will be considered unofficial and non-binding.
