The City of Fairmont may make such investigations as deemed necessary to determine the ability of the respondent to perform the obligations of the contract. The respondent shall furnish to the City all such information and data as requested. The City reserves the right to reject any submission if the investigation fails to satisfy the City that the respondent is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Agreement. The term City Manager shall mean the City Manager of the City of Fairmont, WV. The term Selected Proposer" shall mean the person, firm, corporation or business entity authorized by the City of Fairmont to provide milling and paving services. The City of Fairmont and/or the Evaluation Committee reserves the right to disqualify proposer submission for any missing required information and documents in whole or in part.
