The Project consists of rehabilitation of the interior and exterior through sandblasting and painting of a 175,000 gallon ground storage tank and miscellaneous tank enhanced mixing improvements and steel rehabilitation. Neither the Owner nor the Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including any addenda, obtained from other sources. There will be no refunds for the return of Bidding Documents except, and in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:11-24 (b), if for any reason, the contract is not awarded, refunds of the bidding documents fee will be immediately returned to bidders when the contract documents are returned in reasonable condition within 90 days of notice that the contract has not been awarded. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to the Manchester Utilities Authority. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with Article 8 of the Instructions to Bidders.
