Reference Number 0000291128 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/15 05:00:00 PM EDT Surrey Place is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFSQ”) to select minimum one (1) firm (“Proponent”) that submits a bid proposal (“Proposal”) in response to this RFSQ to qualify for a Vendor of Record (VOR) to provide Cleaning Services (the “Deliverables”). Through this RFSQ, we hope to pre-qualify Proponents for future service opportunities. Successful Proponents will be placed on a Vendor of Record (VOR) list for Cleaning Services. Being on the VOR list means you are pre-qualified to provide cleaning services to Surrey Place, which significantly streamlines the procurement process. Qualified Proponents may benefit from: - Potential for stable, long-term contractual relationships without the need to repeatedly submit competitive quotes - The ability to provide services under consistent terms and pricing - A simplified administrative process once the initial qualification is complete Surrey Place is seeking an initial 1-year term for the Agreement, with options in favour of Surrey Place to extend the term of the Agreement, on the same terms and conditions, including price, for two (2) additional 2-year periods. This would result in a total agreement duration of 5 years, should both extension options be exercised. This RFSQ is designed to establish an ongoing relationship with qualified cleaning service providers. For the Services outlined in Schedule A – Scope of Work.
