The Austin Independent School District (herein after referred to as "AISD" or the "district") is seeking proposals from firms/vendors/contractors qualified and experienced in providing Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Services, Equipment and Supplies. The District is comprised of 130 sites that consistently require maintenance and repair services to continue daily facility operations and ensure the safety of our students and staff. The District consistently purchases MRO equipment, parts and supplies as necessary to perform various maintenance services throughout its facilities. This solicitation will seek to establish contracts with multiple-qualified vendors that will result in a pool from which the District can solicit quotes through the contract term for the acquisition of Goods and Services related to Maintenance, Repair and Operation (MRO). As this RFP has multiple scopes, AISD may award one or multiple contracts depending on responses received, capabilities of the proposer and service level required by the District. Services are to be provided at various locations throughout the District on an as needed basis. March 30, 2030 Deadline to submit questions in platform by 2:00 pm CST Term The agreement(s) resulting from this solicitation will be in effect for an initial term of one (1) year from the date of award by the Board of Trustees, or such date established by the agreement. The parties by mutual consent may renew the agreement for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods. In addition, the district reserves the right to extend the contract for an additional time beyond the final expiration date if necessary to ensure no lapse in service. AISD anticipates the initial term of awarded contracts for this solicitation to be upon the date of full execution of the contract through June 30, 2026 with four (4) optional one-year extensions ending on June 30, 2030. This is a multiple-year, performance-based contract. The awarded vendor 's performance is critical to the success of the contract for the full term. Project has been cancelled.
