Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tarboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.
Town of Tarboro (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Project: Tarboro Riverpark Access The Project includes the following Work: 1 Concrete Stairwell 2 119 LF Concrete Sidewalk 3 470 LF Walking Path 4 195 LF of Vertical Sheet Piling for Stabilization 5 Concrete Terrace 6 Earthwork 7 Erosion Control 8 Miscellaneous Appurtenances Bidders will be required to show evidence that they are licensed to perform the work in the Bidding Documents as required by North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87 and the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages bidding by small, minority and female contractors and does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status. Bids from qualified disadvantaged business enterprise(DBE) are encouraged.
