Site work for a power facility in Carthage, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
As of May 21, 2025, project is awarded to Utililty Line Construction Services in the amount of $637,283.80. This notice supplements the Notice and Instructions to Bidders included as a part of the contract. This project consists of upgrading approximately 0.82 mile of 13.2kV line from single circuit to double circuit 477 AAC with a 4/0 ACSR neutral. Approximately thirty (30) wooden poles will be removed and reinstalled. There will be approximately 825 feet of 500 DC AL UG installed. Boring will be required along with the installation of a three-phase padmount switch gear and a three-phase junction box. The Owner will furnish the three-phase padmount switch gear. The Contractor is to furnish all other materials. Bidder's Qualifications: Proposals will be accepted only from those pre-qualified Bidders invited by the Owner to submit a proposal. Bid Bond: Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a Certified Check on a bank that is a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, payable to the order of the Owner, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the maximum bid price. Contractor's Bond: The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Contractor's Bond with sureties listed by the United States Treasury Department as Acceptable Sureties, in a penal sum not less than the contract price and which contract price shall include the total cost of Owner Furnished Materials.
