Plans call to construct 37,250 square feet recreation including 6,000 square feet dedicated to the library. The Recreation Center will feature adult and youth basketball courts, cardio and weight equipment, training areas, multi-purpose studios for activities such as karate, dance, yoga, and performing arts, as well as a transformation place for wellness programs. Additionally, the Center will include a teen gaming room and an indoor walking trail. As of August 4, 2025, it is currently unknown to when a design firm, construction manager, and general contractor has not been released. Further details regarding construction and completion timelines have not been disclosed. Funding has been allocated.
