As of June 11, 2025. Project were awarded to Scott Construction for Gravel bid and Czech Court, and Farhner for the Czech Ave. No bid amount is available. The Town of Richfield, Adams County WI is accepting sealed bids for Town Road Maintenance for the 2025 season as follows: 1) Grading of Town Roads. Approximately 15 miles of road, Bid must be per hour using the BIDDERS EQUIPMENT. The number of times to be determined by the Board. 2) Mowing of Town Roads. Approximately 42 miles roads, Bid must be per hour using the BIDDERS EQUIPMENT, and/or per hour using the Town Mower. The number of times to be determined by the Board Specifications must be obtained for Gravel and Seal Coating 3) Gravel Hauling. o Cypress Ave from 1st Ave to 1st Drive , 4th Ave approximately 3/4 mile, 3" Inches spread, hauling only- the town will grade. o Czech Ave from town line to 6th Court, approximately 3/4 mile, 2" Inches spread, hauling only- the town will grade. o Cumberland Lane from the tree line west of 4th, west to town line, 2" spread, hauling only- the town will grade. THIS BID MUST BE PER MILE NOT PER PROJECT 4) Double Seal Over Hard Surfaces o Czech Ave from County Road G to 3rd, approximately 1 mile o Czech Court from County Road G to 3rd, approximately 1 mile o Chicago lane/ 3rd Ave from 4th Ave East, approximately 1 mile to Cottonville Ave questions directed to Ron Burrows, Supervisor I (715) 228-2212 no later than Friday April 11, 2025.
