As the city continues to evolve, the current municipal garage at 904 rue Richer no longer meets the needs of the Infrastructure and Engineering Department. Until such time as an expansion/renovation or new garage construction project is developed, the city must provide its workers with a safe and adequate workplace to enable the public works team to carry out maintenance operations diligently. The modular building is intended to be installed near the existing garage, on the same property, at a distance and location to be confirmed by an architect commissioned by the Town.
