This market survey is being issued to construct the MMAC eVTOL Procedures and Analysis Range (eV-PAR) at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, OK: Description of Facility/Construction: Building Area: 5200 sq ft weather shelter, 2500 sq ft support, 35500 sf ft taxi and touchdown and lift-off areas Building Age: New Construction Building Function: Research, Procedure validation for electric verticraft Description of Work: The project consists of a Base Bid: Base Bid: A Touchdown and Lift-Off (TLOF) area A covered shelter for one (1) verticraft Conditioned spaces for observation, restroom, storage One (1) Combined Charging System (CCS) electric verticraft charger, rapid charging not required Parking for 8 vehicles adjacent to shelter Extension of Shaffer Street and utilities to the eV-PAR site Contractor shall provide, but not limited to, all labor, materials, and equipment required for all work as described in the applicable contract documents.
