Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Brookhaven, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Mayor and Board of Aldermen shall receive sealed written quotes for the demolition, removal, and disposal of dilapidated structures as described below. Contractor should anticipate a notice to proceed to be issued within 3 weeks of receipt of quotes. Contractor to provide all equipment, labor, and materials needed. Contractor will clean up all debris from the site. Contractor must provide a copy of the Certificate of Insurance with the City of Brookhaven as the holder for $1,000,000 general liability if they are the bid winner Properties are located at the following locations: 115 West Congress St 151 West Enterprise St 853 Independence St 315 East Minnesota St 616 East Chickasaw St 711 Banks Alley 925 Old Brook Road 1331 Brignall Road 2239 Brignall Road 1009 South Washington St The City will accept quotes for any, all, or a combination of these sites. Contractor is not required to submit pricing for all locations, The City of Brookhaven reserves the right to reject any or all quotes received, to waive any informalities, or irregularities in the quotes received, to award any single site or a combination of sites, and to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to the City of Brookhaven.
