Flintco, LLC is requesting proposals for the deferred maintenance at the John H. Winters Building for Chiller Plant Upgrades under Bid Package - 14 Project consists of upgrades of the central chilled water plant at the John H. Winters Building on the HHSC campus in Austin, TX, located at 701 W 51st St, Austin, TX 78751. The upgrades include replacement of three oilbearing, water-cooled, centrifugal chillers with new oil-free, magnetic-bearing, water-cooled, certifugal chillers, along with replacement of the chilled water distribution pumps, replacement of the condenser water pumps, refurbishment of the existing cooling towers, provision of a cooling tower basin sweeper system, upgrade to the central plant controls system, and other related work. This project will require the following services: --> Turnkey Purchase and Installation of New Mechanical Chiller and Associated Equipment as Base Bid. --> ALTERNATE - Pre-Purchase, Custody, and Maintenance of Chiller Equipment as Alternate.
