The City of St. Sebastian ("City") is seeking responses from qualified contractors to provide tree trimming, pruning, removal, stump grinding, and stump removal services at various locations within the City as needed. NOTE: Most of the work will be tree trimming and tree removal from canals and ditches. This is an acknowledgment that FEMA financial assistance may be used to fund the contract. The awarded contractor must comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, executive orders, FEMA policies, procedures, and directives. The Bid submittal must comply with all federal and state laws and regulations, including 2 C.F.R. 200.318 through 200.326 and Appendix II to 2 C.F.R. part 200 entitled "Contract Provisions for Non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards".
