Written responses to those questions will be answered in a formal Addendum to the RFQ that will be delivered via online. Arron Bermea is the only representative of El Paso County with authority to provide any information, clarification, or interpretation regarding the plans, specifications, and any other contract documents or requirements. The term of the contract will be from date of award through completion of the project. There shall be sixty (60) working days allowed, excluding weather days to complete the project.
