Site work for a water / sewer project in Berkeley Lake, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Cleaning and lining approximately 1250 LF of stormwater pipe within the Miramont Neighborhood along the following roads: Dove Point, Berkeley View Drive, Chaselton Court, Duckpond Court and Duckpond Trace. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the total bid amount. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time of 60 calendar days. Owner shall make progress payments on account of the Contract Price on the basis of Contractor's Applications for Payment submitted once per month as provided in the General Conditions. Question Deadline 05/06/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions by email should be sent to GABids2025@keckwood.com and should include company name, contact name, email address, and phone number. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
