**As of May 15, 2025, no plans to move forward with this project. No definite date for the rebid.** Responses will be received to provide labor and materials for the rejuvenation of a parking lot (approximately 9,800 square feet) at The Hi-Rise located at 6-1" St. SW, Watertown, SD 57201. Contractors who qualify for DBE/MBE and WBE status are encouraged to participate and will be given preference as stated in the RFP documents. Scope of work may include, but not necessarily limited to crack sealing, pothole repair, surface sealing, and some new paving. For more information, please contact John Prokop, Procurement Officer.
