EllisDon is prequalifying shelving contractors for the supply and installation of Vertical Pallet Storage (2 and 3 shelves) in 7 buildings. Building B03, B04, B05 Interior Fit-Up of 3, one-story buildings which have the same layout and footprint. The approximate building footprint for each is 4300 square meters. Pallet Racking to be installed in designated storage locations. B03 will be the first building to commence fit-up, followed by B04 and then B05. Building B07 Interior Fit-Up of a one-story building. The building footprint is 6280 square meters. Pallet Racking to be installed in designated storage locations. The fit-up of this building will commence after building B05. Building B02 Interior Fit-Up of a two-story building. The building footprint is 7466 square meters. Pallet Racking to be installed in designated storage locations. The fit-up of this building will commence following building B07. Building B12 Interior Fit-Up of a two-story building. The building footprint is 5780 square meters. Pallet Racking to be installed in designated storage locations. The fit-up of this building is slated to begin early 2027. Building B08 Interior Fit-Up of a one-story building. The building footprint is 7477 square meters. Pallet Racking to be installed in designated storage locations. The fit-up of this building will commence following building B13 (N/A for this pre-qualification). Building B11 Interior Fit-Up of a two-story building. The building footprint is 12344 square meters. Pallet Racking to be installed in designated storage locations. The fit-up of this building will commence following building B08. Bonding capacity for the project is set at $4,000,000.00 EllisDon and DCC, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to accept any SOQ that it deems responsive, or may reject any or all SOQs received in response to this RFQ.
