A site visit is planned for the Jacques-Rousseau school site at 444, rue de Gentilly Est, Longueuil, J4H 3X7. Bids must be accompanied by a signed bid bond, which must be for ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, in the form of a certified cheque (paper bid only), draft (paper bid only), irrevocable letter of guarantee or surety bond. The bid bond must be issued by a Financial Institution that is an insurer holding a license issued pursuant to the Insurance Act (R.S.Q., c.A-32) authorizing it to practice surety insurance, a trust company holding a license issued pursuant to the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (R.S.Q., c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative governed by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (R.S.Q., c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (S.C., 1991, c.46).
