Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Piedmont, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Upgrades and improvement of the Gilbert-Aubin park. The scope of work includes the decontamination of a new lot of Gilbert-Aubin Park, previously used as a sandpit before its purchase by the city, landscaping, and construction of park trails, playgrounds, and structures. TIMELINE: Process of the Request for proposals AO-2025-09/20063669 from engineering professional consulting firms to complete the project design and construction work monitoring has closed. Deposited submissions are under review at the owner. The award is anticipated in early summer 2025. The timelines of further project development will be finalized after a design consultant award. Further update at that time.
