SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and all incidentals, as necessary, to provide commercial plumbing and gas fitting services on a time and materials basis to the facilities owned and operated by the VDOT Northern Virginia District.
