Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Installation of xeriscape in areas that were previously sod, as well as concrete mow curbs, ADA access and concrete storage pads. Repair or replacement of damaged or missing fencing, backstops and other sports field related items. Adjustment of existing grading, utilities, and adjustments to existing irrigation system to add quick couplers and reduce number of stations and place on one (1) controller and installation of field equipment. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of A and AB. Doc note: Pre-Qualified Prime Bidders will need to email Carolina Salazar at Salazc3@nv.ccsd.net to request the invitation for the digital bid documents through CCSD's Bluebeam document viewer tool with instructions on how to view and print the Bid documents.
