The scope of work generally consists of the permanent repair of utility trenches on City and State Streets in the City of New Britain. Questions regarding the Purchasing process may be directed to Jack Pieper, Purchasing Agent, (860) 826-3402. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of a bid presented, or to invite proposals as its interest may appear. There will be no pre-bid conference for this bid. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, sex, religions, color or national origin. The Contractor must adhere to the New Britain Code of Ordinances, Section 2-265 to 2-268
