Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work involves stripping the site and pre-loading with imported material to allow for future construction of an energy centre building (by others) as well as survey monitoring of settlement. Prior to the stripping of the energy centre site, construction of a nearby roadway expansion to allow for truck turnaround is required as part of the work.
