Renovation of a mixed-use development in Long Sault, Ontario. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replace and Upgrade Ventilation to high efficiency HVAC, including exhaust fans. (Gas or electric decided during design) Improve ventilation and particulate filtering, minimum MERV 13 filter. Add full HVAC to office areas and Gym. To ASHRAE standards and a minimum # of 6 for air exchanges. All new equipment to be connected to existing BAS To offset AC utilities cost, design approximately a 48 KW Net Metering DC Solar PV Array. Consultant to review Electrical Loading to validate if upgrade of Primary feed is necessitated. If required, supply estimate for scope and subsequent budget change. Work to be phased to minimize disruption to building users. Consultant to produce Class D and B estimates. TIMELINE: Design updates will not be released. Updates will only be made upon issuance of tender for construction. *Budget is unreleased.
