Renovation of an educational facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of work requested is to replace the existing low slope gravel roof with a modified bitumen roof system at (FAC) PETER T. FLAWN ACADEMIC CENTER and adjacent auditorium with a 20 - year warranted multi-ply modified bitumen roof system, fully adhered to a cover board with insulation and vapor barrier adhered to concrete. MEP modifications and access/site modifications are required as part of this work. The work also includes the replacement of skylights, penthouse windows, lightning protection, and concrete canopy structure resurfacing as shown in the project documents. Deadline for questions/requests for clarification 4/29/2025 at NOON THE BASE BID WORK DESCRIBED IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS INCLUDES, IN GENERAL. - SELECTIVE DEMOLITION - RE-ROOFING - ROOF ACCESS, SKYLIGHT REPLACEMENT - LIGHTNING PROTECTION - GLAZING REPLACEMENT/REPAIRS - STUCCO REPAIRS - MASONRY REPAIRS - SEALANT/AIR BARRIER REPAIRS^ - STRUCTURAL CONCRETE REPAIRS FLUID APPLIED ROOFING - RELATED ELECTRICAL. MECHANICAL PLUMBING. AND SITE WORK. REFER TO SECTION 01 10 00 - SUMMARY OF WORK FOR A COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF SCOPE ITEMS.
