The Municipality of Clarington is seeking a qualified company to complete the reconstruction of George Street West and George Street East in Newcastle. All work is to be completed in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained within the tender documents. The scope of works include: Local storm sewer installation Local watermain abandonment/removal including removal and replacement of lot connections Installation of new watermain Removal of existing road asphalt and road base Subdrain installation Construction of road base Curb and gutter installation Driveway apron reinstatement Sidewalk removal, replacement and installation Base asphalt placement Associated landscape restoration, and tree protection Refer to the tender document and drawings for further detail.
